PLEASE READ THIS. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR YOUR TRIP AND ANY RELATED SERVICES. PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
- Acceptance of the agreement:
The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
- To Secure Your Payment:
To secure your payment you must inform NAVIG8 of your request. A company representative will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed in your details,to NAVIG8.
- Amendments by the Client:
Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability. If the full payment has been received NAVIG8 reserves the right to act according to each specific case.
- Payment Policy:
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday as we have limited number of places in our trip. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 50% of the full price. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank transfer or in cash. Payment should be received within 7 days of booking; otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The full amount of the price should be paid 1 month before the date of the trip.
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
– From the booking day to 30 days before arrival, 20% of the entire trip price will be charged
– 15 days before arrival, 30% of the entire trip price will be charged
– 7 days before arrival, 50% of the entire trip price will be charged
– 6 days or less before arrival, 80% of the entire trip price will be charged
– No show, 100% of the trip price will be charged
A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
- Accommodation and activities
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Please be advised that accommodations and the “star” designations may vary from country to country.
This depends on the kind of trip. Please check the description of each of trip to see the specifications for meals and drinks, where we will explain what is included in the price. In any case, alcoholic drinks are not included.If you have any kind of allergy or food intolerance, let us know to create a special menu. Moreover, it is necessary to comply with the all relevant rules, particularly with regard to the opening hours of the restaurant(s) or bar(s), and the places designated for the consumption of meals and drinks.
- Activities offered during the trip
An activity may not be appropriate for all ages or for individuals with certain medical conditions. NAVIG8 may not be held liable in the event of an incident or accident which is due to a lack of vigilance on your part.It may happen that certain activities referred to in the Trip description are no longer provided by our local provider for climatic reasons, in the event of force majeure, during a stay out of the tourist season. You agree that NAVIG8 is not liable for activities unavailable due to any of the reasons listed above.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF AN ACTIVITY MAY BE HAZARDOUS AND INHERENTLY RISKY, AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVIG8 SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH; LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR DESTROYED PROPERTY; OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE AND OPERATION OF THE ACTIVITY, AND ALL ACTIONS OR EVENTS OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, AT OR AFTER, THE ACTIVITY.
- Travellers with special needs or disabilities
If you have special needs or a disability you must communicate it to NAVIG8 team in advance. NAVIG8 make no guarantee as to the ability of any accommodations, activity provider, or facilities advertised on its site to meet the special needs of disabled clients.
Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so..
Flights prices are not included on NAVIG8 packages. NAVIG8 can provide you with certain information regarding flights but they won´t be in charge of the booking, neither for domestic or international flights.If you have any kind of question or doubt regarding this point, do not hesitate to contact us to further clarifications.– Limitation of Liability for Air Transport.
YOU AGREE THAT NAVIG8 IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY AIRLINE TIMETABLE CHANGES, DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, MISSED CONNECTIONS, MECHANICAL PROBLEMS, INCLEMENT WEATHER, SEATING REASSIGNMENTS, LOST/DELAYED BAGGAGE, SCREENING AND SECURITY DELAYS, REFUSED BOARDING OR FAILURE TO CHECK-IN PROPERLY.
- TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately. Your travel documents are valuable and should be safeguarded as if they were cash. It is not always possible to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.
It is your responsibility to fulfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
Travel insurance protection is Strongly Recommended. NAVIG8 has a professional responsibility to recommend the purchase of travel protection to protect both you and your vacation. This responsibility rests solely with you the customer and we advise you to do your research and find coverage that best fits your individual needs.
You also acknowledge and accept responsibility for arranging and paying for any treatment in case of a medical emergency while traveling. Please note that if you decline this type of coverage, you have waived your right to this important coverage and your confirmation will note “declined” next to the travel protection section of your confirmation. If you HAVE purchased travel protection, please remember to review your confirmation for accuracy.
- Limitation of Liability
Without limitation, Passenger(s) assume the risk of, and agree that NAVIG8 is not liable for any damages arising from or related to any act of God or public enemies, arrest, restraints of any government or rulers of people, piracy, war, revolution, extortion, terrorist activity, threatened or actual rebellion, political upheaval, civil unrest, riots, fire, lockouts, explosion, collision, weather conditions, dangers incident to the sea, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, closure of airports/seaports/hotels/train stations, carrier or supplier logistical problems, computer problems
stranding, food or water poisoning, illness, grounding, perils of the sea, rivers, canals, locks or other waters, perils of navigation of any kind, theft, accident to or from machinery, boilers, or latent defects even though existing at commencement of the trip, desertion or revolt of crew, or lost/damaged/delayed luggage.
